Privacy

• Your name, email address and the link you chose.
• What kind of work you do, the parts of the city you work in, and the days you are free.
• The work you put up, and the photographs and videos that go with it.
• Credits and experience, and who confirmed them.
• Applications you send, and messages once messaging exists.
• A CV, if you upload one. It is private and only ever sent with an application to an employer who asked for one.

We do not sell anything about you. We do not use Instagram follower counts or likes for search, ranking, or anything a hirer pays for — Meta’s own terms forbid using that for hiring decisions, and it would be a bad way to judge somebody anyway.

Your phone number is never shown. Your address is never shown: hirers see the part of the city you work in and how far a gig is, nothing closer.

When you upload a photograph we strip the hidden information out of it, including where it was taken, before anybody else can see it. That hidden information is called metadata: it is written by the camera and usually includes the place, the time and the equipment.

Your profile, work and credits are public, so hirers can find you. You can ask us to keep your profile out of Google in Settings. Your free days are shown as dates only. Your email address is never public.

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, from Settings. We answer within 30 days, and we write the date on your request so you can hold us to it.

Closing your account gives you seven days to change your mind. After that we delete your rows and every file of yours from storage. Records of admin decisions stay, because we have to keep them, but they lose your personal details. Credits you gave other people stay on their profiles without anything of yours in them. What closing an account means for the agreement is in the user agreement.

Uploads go straight into private storage. Only the processed, public versions of your work are served openly. If there is ever a breach we will tell you and the authorities, as the rules require.
